clutch pedal feels good should i bleed anyway?

hi as most of us i have problem shifting i readed some threads that said to bleed the slave but is it normal that the pedal feels fine like seems to me the pressure is good if it needs bleeding shouldnt it feels pressure only at the end of the course?
