question on clutch and pressure plate

I ordered a ford clutch kit with slave cylinder since the one in my 02 just crapped the bed. I took it to a garage for quick repair since I work till 5 and have no time to fix it. The box came in opened and you could tell some garage got into the box and returned it. Everything was in the box so I took it the part was a day away and came in today. Everything was fine clutch pressure plate looked fine slave and pilot bearing all in the box looked fine. Turns out the mechanic that is doing the job said the pressure plate bolt holes are off and I took a look at it and the pressure plate holes are closer together than they should be. I then called ford and gave them the number off of the new pressure plate and it came up as a 2000 Ranger. Now I know that the 4.0s were not SOHC in 2000 so does that make the pressure plate different? Other than that is there any differences? The clutch kit came back as a 2002 so that should be right but the pressure plate came as a 2000. Is anything else different besides the pressure plate? I was also wondering how much do you guys pay for the FORD kit? I work at napa and got it for around $325+tax and how much for labor?
Thanks Dan

what does the centerforce come with? This comes with the whole kit which is why I bought it, it came with the slave cylinder, throwout bearing(part of the slave anyway), clutch, pressure plate, pilot bearing, and alignment tool. Actually it was cheaped than if I got the parts from napa(I work at napa) so I figured I would just get the Ford parts for it. It kinda sucks that the slave went because at 67k the stock clutch looked awesome like brand new

the slave went but it would be stupid not to do the clutch at the same time IMO. It sucks because theres no doubt in my mind that if the slave didnt go the clutch would have lasted the life of the truck
