Hi. when I let up on my clutch pedal it goes about half way up before it starts to catch. how worn out does that sound?

Is this something new that has happened?

Cause mine has felt like that since I have had it. I assume that it is normal.

not that I noticed. the guy I bought it from said that he put a new one in it about 3-5 months before he put it up back in 2005, then it sat until I got it 11 months ago. my friend drove it about 2-2.5 months ago and he said that it did not have a lot of wear on it, but he drives a 2007 5-speed cobalt so I bet it would feel a lot different to him than a 1993 ranger.
