What gears do I have??
How do I find them...I searched and someone posted a link that doesnt work any more.

look in your door jamb under AXL and there will be a code..look at this link then

2000 2wd.. as long as it's a non-trailhead i'm wanting to say 3.73/open.

should be ok running 31's shouldnt it...I am at work ill check when I get off tonite

As long as you have a 3.0 it will be fine I've been running that setup for over a year, not one problem.

Holy ****, what was i thinking, good lord I'm a moron.

Anyway with a 2.5 I'd regear to 4.10. I thought there for a second the 2.3 duratec was a 2.5

The 2.3L Duratec is to become a 2.5L starting in the new escape/fusion/mazda 6.. supposed to have 171hp I believe. I wonder if they will stick it in the Ranger?

damn, im to broke to re-gear it... for sale 31's soon! lol

what will it do if i dont re-gear it? I mostly drive in town and on backroads, and interstates every now and then

anyone.. i think spaz1### said he ran 31's fine with his 2.3 but thats a lil diff
