Clutch soft in cold weather?

I really know nothing about clutches but this may be a common problem. I have found my clutch to be much softer than normal in cold weather. Then once a hotter season comes up it firms right back up. Also, last winter for sure (Hasnt done it yet this summer) in cold weather my clutch pedal would feel like it was popping. I really have no way to explain how the padel felt, it was just weird.

Anyway, are these problems I should be getting checked out? Or are they normal for clutches in cool weather?

Thanks

Sounds to me like the temps are causing either the master or slave cylinder to be sticky.

First thing I'd do is change the fluid. Several times too.

If there is no difference then go looking for something external to the fluid system.

i live in ALberta Canada, last winter i did alot of driving, about 30,000km. At -25 celcuis, my clutch felt like it was running on grease, rather than oil, so i can't see why it would feel soft in winter? ....it would go back to normal after 10-20 mins of driving
