Replace driveshaft

Replace driveshaft

If a person where to remove there stock driveshaft and replace it with a lighter weight driveshaft, what benefits would the driver notice?

my guess would be for vibration and stength

There will be less rotating mass, probably not enough to notice anything

Isn't your driveshaft aluminum?? If so, don't worry about it.

i don't know, but i'm feeling a vibration(in the gear shifter) when i accelerate around 60-85 mph. i figure i may have bent it a little when i bottomed out on a crest of a hill
