Need help with a ford ranger 1988 automatic transmission

Hi.
Need help with an automatic transmission!!

Yesterday i started my truck, tried to put it in reverse but it is stuck in park,
So how will i get it out of park?
Is there any fuse or a relay for the transmission?
If there is,could somebody try to describe where it is?

there should be a fuse that dis-engages the tranny lock when you press the brake before you can shift the tranny look in your owners manual
