driveline issues

Ok so im new here and have some questions all over the place. i have a 94 ranger with an 4.0 out of an explorer. the problem is the transmission is pushing the drive line out and the carrier bearing slips out of its pocket and makes an horrible noise. i have tried flipping the carrier bearing but now the dust plate is eating the rubber away. not sure what is causing it. but i have to keep refilling the tranny because i lose oil when it pushed out. the tranny is automatic and out of 7 codes i pulled the only one for the tranny was P0756.

the other question is my truck will start then spit and sputter then slowly die. now the frist start will last a min or so but the more i try the faster it dies. i just installed a new fuel pump in may. not sure where to start. here are all the codes that poped up:
P0122-low voltage on TPS
P1443- something about a purge thing?
P0136- O2
P0141-O2 bank 1
P0171-to lean bank 1
P0174-to lean bank 2
