E-Brake cable snapped, e-brake pedal goes all the way down to floor and sticks there.
So I went to set the e-brake so that I could get the truck jacked up so I could get at the front to replace a ball joint and the pedal when pressed snapped all the way down into the floor. So I hit the release and had to physically pull the pedal back up. Went outside to check the e brake cable and lo and behold, It's lying flat on the ground. What I don't know is A) Is the e-brake still engaged B) if it isn't can I just remove the bad cable and drive the truck until I can get a replacement and C) does the loss of the e brake affect the regular brakes in any way?

You should be able to just put the end back in that connector. If that connector is bent or to rusty you can also get one of them. Dorman makes them.
The brake could be stuck on but you can check that pretty easy.

Yeah, I realized that after re-watching the video that I shot. and the e-brake was disengaged anyways when the line came loose. XD Thanks though.
