Explorer disc brake question???

Can i swap explorer rear disc breaks onto my 8.8? IF so how? I think the breaks are off a 00 or 01 explorer.

Thanks

Cam

Not unless you have a 31 spline 8.8. I think you be better off swapping the axle from the exploder onto your truck.

I asked a simalar question not long ago https://www.ranger-forums.com/forum2...ad.php?t=81304

any who, It comes down to axle housing ends the 28's run a smaller bearing size than the 31's... A stainless steal brand kit would work but it would be cheaper and more effective to swap a explorer axle in.

Answer to OP question is: Not unless you've got a 31spline axle.
