Parking brake guts missing from the rear drums

Hey My 2003 ranger is missing the parking brake mechanisms out of the drums. I was wondering if I buy a Drum Brake Hardware Kit will it include these parts? Im more than slightly confused as I do not know what the parts are called and therefore I am having trouble finding exactly what I need. Any input shedding light on this would be greatly appreciated.

The parking brake is a lever that is held in place with a clip and bypasses the brake cylinder.

The rest of "guts" is the hardware kit, which does not include the adjusters.

So the thing that is hooked up to the parking brake cable in the drum is the "adjuster" and that engages the rear brakes when you put the parking brake on...am I understanding that correctly?

like this?

The adjuster is the spreader that makes the rear drums work. Without it the brake cylinder can over extend and blow the seals.

I'm not sure what your rears look like.

There is a few vids on YouTube and numerous picture guides you can find though Google.

Hey thanks a lot guys, I have a bit of work to do to get the rig ready for inspection. I can't wait to weld the crack in the frame...sigh.

I just did my rear brakes. There is a self adjuster repair kit available. I found them on Dorman Products http://www.dormanproducts.com

so it turns out what I need is a parking brake link rod, does anyone know where I can find them?

edit

I had to order them through the local ford dealer, why in god's name are these so hard to find? Surly Im not the only one with rusty bubba'd brakes...$89.30 for both rods and springs shesh.

That start wheel adjuster really doesn't have much to do with the emergency brake.
