Hi all!! First post here. Kudos on a nice place and a wealth of info.

Should be a piece of cake replacing that noisy bearing. I hope. LOL. I picked up a new bearing from the auto parts store today along with "renting" a torque wrench that will do 184 ft pounds as mine stops at 150. I say rent as I only needed to put down a deposit and I get my Benjamin back when I return it.

i got plenty of penetrating oil, blue loctite and two big hammers. Anything else I need? LOL I'm 99% sure my 1 1/4" socket will fit that axle nut but if not I can also "rent" a 32MM socket.

First time doing this repair on my beloved 05 FX/4 for 141K on the clock.
