I've been running my no-slip up front for almost 2 years and you can't tell it is in there. My wife drives my truck all the time and she never says anything about it. The no-slip has no clicking when turning and is road friendly.
And for the snow, i've only been on ice covered roads ones and it acted the same in as before when in 2wd no turning issues at all. And when in 4wd felt the same too, expect when on the thottle seem to have more torque steer.

first time in the snow is kinda interesting.. takes about 2 minutes to learn the torque steer when usin 4x4.. other then all you will notice is a clicking noise when you turn

so i just got a diff cover for my truck because the gasket is leaking so i might as change the cover too. its the one from MAC. does anyone know if there is a different cover for the front? i only want one so i can have the fill and drain plug in the front.

i have not found any different covers, maybe one from a jeep D35 standard cut ?

cool. maybe ill take it to a machine shop so they can install a drain plug. i know someone here did it himself

he put it in in the bottom of the diff. not the cover itself.

Gil has a powertrax up front and he blows up CVs relatively often. It's not always bad, and if you don't wheel very hard you ought to be alright, but the possibility is there that you'll get pretty good at swapping CVs before too long.

richmond gear no longer makes the noslip for the front of our trucks, i tried to buy 1 last january and talked to all kinds of places looking for em and it was no go.but wityh my luck they probably do again.
