Transmission Cleaners Before Flushing?

I'm going to take my truck into the dealership tomorrow to have the automatic transmission flushed, do you guys recommend using any of the transmission cleaners before I do this (EG: Seafoam Transmission Tuneup)?

If so, which one(s) and why?

Sea Foam makes a product called Trans Tune.

Just add it, warm up the trans. Drive it long enough to shift into all gears a couple times then get your flush.

dont add anything. If your dealership uses the BG flushing system, a cleaning additive will be added before flushing it. i add the additive and let it run in neutral for 10 mins or on the hoist through the gears and then flush it

Ford says 30k for the interval.

As low as 20k for severe duty.

I like to save water. So I don't. Especially when away from home.

BG will cover trans work if problems arise after their flush is done sometimes

I usually just go on my friends porch. that way it can help their soil.

But to the OP, I have never put any cleaner in. I just drain/fill evey 30k miles and put in a new filter.
