Fusion Transmission

Anyone point me in the right direction for transmission help on a 07 fusion (4cyl) auto?

The oil needs changing and need some info on how to do it and whats involved. Found a fusion forum but the guys there seem to be all knuckleheads and tell me to pay ford to change it. Ford wants $250 the change and I figure I could change it cheaper.

Eta: Its my wifes car so if it breaks she gets to drive my ranger and thats why I posted here
