remote mount t case?

my truck is 2wd with the 2.5l and 4:11s in the rear, but what about finding an old school remote mount t case from an import truck, just to have some super low gears for climbing up things, and the the option of 4wd later on, anyone know a good t case ?

there is a short d/s between the tranny output and the t-case input.

remote as in you would keep the factory 2wd tranny and then install the transfercase behind it with a short drive shaft between the 2 and another behind it, so basically like on a monster truck or on heavy equpiment like 18wheelers with a front drive axle, the idea would be to not have to use any kind of adapter just a crossmember to mount it to

Why not get a 4x4 trans, stock Tcase, and stock shaft from a 4x4 truck just like yours?? And not run a front shaft. That seems like the more affordable route.
