so i was told about the bushings in the shifter going bad on my 89 ranger super cab. so i found a kit on ebay that comes with the pins, top cover, screws, plastic bushings, a flat washer and the lil ring seal for the inner shifter top. so i pull the shifter apart and there is nothing but melted plastic dust gunk crap in there and i only have one of the pronged spring washers! maybe use one of the existing flat washers and make it a spring washer??? any help would be appreciated. i had a hard time finding this kit so making it work is a must......
