Squeak like from the pedal or master cylinder, or squeal like from the clutch itself?
It is common to get a squeal from the clutch assembly and throw out bearing when releasing the clutch and getting the truck moving from a stop.
If it is a squeak when releasing the clutch in nuetral it is probably the pedal assembly or master cylinder.

Okay what you described sounds like what I would call a squeal, not a squeak. Basically when you are getting moving from a stop with a load it sounds almost like you ran over a dogs tail. lol
But that is common, there was a TSB for it that called for replacement of the clutch assembly and throw out bearing for customers who didn't like it. It isn't going to hurt anything, it is just annoying. My 98 did it for a long time before I replaced the clutch.

Sure thing. If you google "ford ranger clutch tsb" you will come up with a lot of stuff.
