Hey guys Newbe here, anyways i have a 96 Ranger XLT, I think my Auto hubs are bad, or going back, i switch it in to 4x4 hi, the left front hub doesn't lock right away, i can hear it spin, then it will lock, if i drive a couple feet it feels like its binding, then clunks drives fine for a couple more feet then same, also it wont go to 4x4lo anymore, I had another 96 back in HS that had the auto hubs go bad, but i had a shop put new ones on, i am thinking of doing a Warn manual hub kit, but never ventured into this type of 4x4 front end area, any help, tips and what not will be great.

Yes your AUTO hubs are BAD... get manual hubs..WARN is great! and you'll will leave 4x4 worries behind you!
