HELP does anyone know how to get a locker apart?

HELP does anyone know how to get a locker apart?

Like it says i need to get an axle shaft out but the c clip is so deep down in a slot its impossible to get out. BTW is a Powertrax No-slip.

Maybe dumb question, but you did pull the crosspin out, right? I fnot, pull it, shaft gets pushed in to get the c clip out.

yeah he did it's just that we can't get the c clip to come out or slide off the axle shaft.

once the crosspin is out, you need to slide the inner spacer on the right side over to the left all the way first, and then you can push the axle shaft in a little and with a pick or even gravity you can normally pop it out. I use either a small straight pick or a 90 degree pick and can slip it inbetween the teeth of the driver and coupler and force the c-clip down out of the cut channel in the driver.
