HELP NEEDED PLEASE!!!!

i have a 1991 ford ranger 4x4, auto locking hubs and this coming weekend i want to do a junkyard manual hub conversion... they have a 92' exploder and i was wondering what parts i should grab so i can get it all done in one day. and how hard is this swap? i just changed my front axle U-joints today and boy.... was that fun... not. so can someone please point me in the right direction and anyother parts i would need to complete this swap! thanks ahead

I converted my explorer and all it needed was the hubs themselves as the lock is IN the hub. is connects the splined shaft to the hub for driving and unlocks for freewheel. you do hafto remove the cams for the auto hubs as they are not needed.
