Hey!! check these out :)

Ford 8.8 Full Spider Differential Rock Guard

anybody got one of those? they look pretty sick, and would help set apart our trucks from the rest, im really looking into getting one, not sure if they really work well offroad but their pretty neat, my diffs taken a few beatings so this would be a nice addition

wat u guys think?

99ranger4x4 had one of the 1/2 ones on his rear axle at one point in time, I remember one other person having it but can't remember who it was.

Looks like it could help to me. At least on smaller stuff. Looks to be enough clearance all around to actually take a beating, but ya never know how strong it is until you try it out...
I think I've seen a couple guys on here that have them. Search around and ask their opinions

ill probably end up getting one anyway, more so for the looks and to set the truck off, the added protection is a bonus.

Ya, its another option to the spider! I bought it because i am constantly in situations that worry me about my rear diff when im out logging, but its kinda nice to know that pretty much nothing shy of a nuke going off back there is going to harm my 8.8.
