Clunk..uh oh

So drivin through a parking lot today, maybe going eh 5 mph, i hear this loud clunk, and look down at my gauge cluster, and OH ****, the OD light is blinking. Ok, well i gotta go to checkers anyways so i pull in, look around inside, leave and start the truck up. No more blinking OD light, and it drives fine. This isnt the first time this has happened, but it always seems to correct itself after i restart it. It drives like complete *** until i restart it w/ funny shifts, some minor clunks, etc.

It seems to happen right after it rains to if that makes a difference

I hope to god the transmission doesnt take a dump, i cant afford to replace it. Any ideas?

my probe started blinking the o/d light, a sign of a starting to go.

eventually it started revving at highway speeds too....

sold it and bought a civic........5 years later now, not 1 problem of the honda.

Other then the car starting with a H and ending with a onda.

I doubt it. A trans flush won't fix a bad torque converter.
