Front axle help

How do you remove the shafts going from the front diff tothe wheel? I know you gave to remove the tire, caliper, rotor, hub nut and hub....what else from there?

remove the hub nut, then undo the upper ball joint. undo the "steering rod". Loosen the abs sensor wire from its two plastic clips. remove sway bar ends. Lean the knuckle out really far. The shaft where the nut was should be able to be pulled out towards the truck. I had to remove the bottom shock mount to then pull out the axle shaft. To pull it out you jerk it out or use a prybar with a lil push.


hopefully that makes some sense. Google "ford ranger superlift instructions" which have the instructions to remove the front axle shafts in them.
