tranny back in truck, still some issues
well today i got my tranny back in my truck. however there are a few problems with it.
first bieng switching gears is still kind of rough, they can all engage but they all still feel kind of notchy. (when i put the shifter back in it leans to the left a little, but im pretty sure its supposed to be straight and aligned with the transmission). might this be due to the transmission bieng new and bieng tight?
second is when i push the clutch pedal in, it begins grabbing as soon as i start letting it out. ive bled the hydraulic lines, but that didnt change the engage point.
i drove it around the block, it can shift, not great but still possible, reverse doesnt grind at all, and goes in fairly easy (compared to what it was doing before the repairs).

i pulled it out because the truck was having a very hard time shifting. i would have to turn the engine off just to get it into 1st/reverse. (rarely could i get into gear with the engine running, and reverse always grinded). after that, when i tried to shift into any higher gear, i had to match the engine RPM to the gear just to get it to go in (with the pedal fully pushed in). so i bought a transmission rebuild kit (MRK100211 from drivetrain.com) and a set of syncros. i know the syncros helped because reverse doesnt grind anymore.
