Knocking/Slacking sound by Bellhousing

Hello everyone

I was hoping to not come over here to ask about something but that is the life of a ranger... so my slave was leaking fluid and it ended up giving out, pretty unfortunate but that's on me considering it was the only fluid I did not check or change.
went ahead and got a tow and to the mechanic, it went. Since the slave is inside I told them to might as well change out the clutch for me.
I got the truck today with a new clutch and slave as well as a new sound...

prior to the new clutch and slave, the transmission was already making a whining sound that sound like a supercharger, however, there's no issue when shifting or decelerating. The mechanic went ahead and turned on the truck for me and now there's the new sound, which is a knocking sound similar to a bolt loose or something slapping about however it's coming from the bell housing area and only from there. The sound is present at idle and after a while, it goes away slowly. While driving it is also present on 2nd,3rd, and slightly on 4th (haven't tried 5th as I don't use it very often)
ill go ahead and attach these 2 videos which contain the sound as well and the underside of the truck.

I'm not sure if I have a Mazda tranny or Mitsubishi as well as I should add that the trans was a swap from auto to manual there is a code sticker that says '"1L54"

spec:
98 Ranger Xlt Extended cab
3.0 V6 & 5speed (I think is an M50d-R1 from and 2000+ ranger)

at idle:

1st gear going to 2nd & 3rd:

I appreciate any help and thank the forum for their time and work.

The pressure plate on that clutch needs to be preloaded, there's 3 sets of adjustment tabs and springs. If it's not set before install it will rub on the release bearing even when the clutch pedal isn't pressed in. Could be that.
