NO......Richmond makes both a Lock Right and a Powertrax. Two different units.

Actually Shane, Richmond bought powertrax who makes the lock-right and no-slip.

I think they both have springs. How else would they unlock when you turn?

Aussie, lock-right, and the no-slip all have springs. It could be any of them. More than likely its a lock right though just because of how common they are.

I think the aussie is like $40 for new pins and springs. Not sure about the other units.

Possibly. Depends on what kind of shape the rest of the unit is in. I'd request pictures or try to go look at it.

Have a good look at the teeth on it, make sure they aren't chewed up on the edges. If the thing was set too loose and spun up good a few times, it's going to be trouble down the road.

Sorry it's not re-sized. Here is an aussie that was setup with tolerances too wide.

Be careful about it. It says "posi" locker, which to me, says limited slip. It says it's missing some springs, which sounds more like a lunchbox locker, but do be cautious anyways, it's pretty obvious he doesn't know much about it.
