Might need new brakes or Wheel bearing?

Ok, so yesterday i noticed a wiered sound coming from the truck.. IT happens at low speeds(20 and below) and is barely noticable unless i brake, which then its very noticable. It sounds like metal scraping metal. but its not high pitched like a brake squeel..

So what do you guys think? i wont be able to check it until thursday and need to know if i should worry about the tire coming off when im driving to work lol..

Yeh, your brake pads probably got worn down to the metal and is grinding grooves in your rotors.

it very well could be actually.. I know my drivers side rear brake had something fall apart(one of the little wire pieces) and i didnt really worry about it because it wasnt a piece that would keep the brakes from working..
