Manual T-case swap question or two.

I am gonna do a manual t-case swap but I found one in a B2 and i think it was an 89 or a 90, would a manual t-case actually work from that?

I think the B2 used a 1350 case. Your Ranger has a 1354. The 1354 is stronger.

Ford never used the 1350 behind either 4.0L.

With that said then the B2 used a 1350 case since the B2 was never offered with a 4.0. Correct?

BII's used the 1350 and smaller Ranger engines used it up through sometime in the mid 90s. Explorers and 4.0 Rangers used the 1354 only.

And for what it's worth, Alex, your new trans from the '03 or whatever doesn't have the threads for the linkage. You'd need to build a bracket to attach the linkage.
