Manual T-Case Swap questions

I have a '04 with a 5 speed and shift on the fly which doesn't work and I don't know why. I would like to just swap a manual t-case into it and get rid of the electronic crap. I have found info for doing it to older trucks and what will and won't work but I can't quite find anything for my year of truck. My drive line seems different from the previous body style. I have two buddies that have a 94 and a 95 and they're 4x4's look totally different than mine but we all have the bw1354. The biggest difference is the big aluminum drive shaft I appear to have.

My questions are, would a t-case from say a mid 90's bolt onto my 5 speed?
Are they the same length, aka would my drive shafts still be compatible?
Would I be able to just swap floor plates and shift boots?
Any hang ups I might not see or mods I will have to do? As far as I can tell if everything works the way I want it to, it'll just be a bolt off>>bolt on procedure in a nutshell.

If you can find all of the right pieces its pretty strait forward. the problem is finding all of the parts especially for a price that you can swallow. There is a lot of info on swapping in a manual on this site. Im planning on doing it myself I just dont have my computer with all of my links at the moment.

If you can, you should go all out and get an atlas 2. Cost about 2 grand though.

Way better case however. In every single way.
