Mounting rotors

I'm installing the disc brake conversion but I'm having trouble getting the rotors mounted. They seem to be stuck at the non threaded portion of the wheel studs. Is the rotor "press fit" on to the studs by the lug nuts? Never seen this issue with the front discs when replacing the brakes.

Took another look at it and it seems like the inside hub diameter of rotor is too small for the hub, preventing the rotor from becoming seated all the way. Not sure how this can be since I'm using the kit that just about everyone else has used.

So the rotor is hitting the axle flange?

Do you have stock Ranger axles or Explorer axles?

Its the stock ranger axles. I ground down the inside diameter of the rotor with a carbide bit and it popped on, its such a small amount that kept it from seating all the way on the flange.

I had this same issue when I did my swap. One rotor fit, but the other i had to open up the inside hole
