Ok, so im done with the SAS and I need help with the front drive shaft. It needs lengthened wich is no big deal, but with how much flex the truck has the stock shaft wont run at enough of an angle. What are you guys running for a front shaft? The truck gets wheeled alot and im itching really bad to take it out. Here is a pic of the truck, it has more to go in this pic, i couldnt go further without hitting the tree behind the truck.

 

How do you not have a coil or coilover?

 

Air shocks, intead of a spring they use nitrogen, im running 375psi right now but need to drop to 340psi.

it hits somewhere on the frame I take?

you will have to cut or trim the frame.

 

It just binds up, it comes up short the the cross member and then binds up. Trimming is not a problem. It just wont drop far enough without binding up.

double cardon shaft? if so then you will have to deal with it (limit straps) until you run a 3 link where your pinion angle doesnt change so much.

some places sell high angle ujoints.
