So just so Im clear... The expo axle is actually larger right?

8.8" ring gear, 31 spline shafts, 3.25" axle tubes so yes.

The 7.5 is a stronger axle than people give it credit for, but it doesn't quite compare to the expo axle lol.

this is getting stuck in 2wd. i was too confident in my new tires and freshly rebuilt 8.8 with a brand new trac lok

ok ok Let me rephrase... I havent been able to get myself stuck "in the wimpy off road spots I have been to so far".
