lucas oil in transmission

i was wondering if the m5od-r1 would be ok if i put lucas oil in it. i know it has splash bearings so it needs thin oil. but would say 15% help it out or be a bad thing. i posted in the 3.0 section as well.

I assume that's the same trans my '97 and my Dad's '00. I put Lucas Transfix in both trucks years ago and it helped them both alot!
