need opinions about fluid change
 

i hear alot about not changing fluid and filter on auto trannys with high mileage if they were neglected, its really bothering me to not have my fluid changed in my trans but i dont want to create more problems, the truck is a 94 with 180,000 miles on it. what do you think i should do
