Need part number for seal, Dana 28/35 TTB hybrid axle
I recently replaced the outer u joint on the passenger side front axle on my 96 Ford Ranger which has the Dana 28/35 hyrbid axle.
Where the outermost axle shaft piece slides through the backside of the spindle, there is a pair of seals that cup each other to protect the needle bearing inside the spindle from dust, debris, etc.
I was able to find the inner half of that seal, but I cannot for the life of me find the outer (spindle side) seal.
Is the Timken sbk2 the correct seal for this application? If not, what part # am I looking for?

Have a look here: Ford Ranger 4×4 Front Axles: 1983-1997 : The Ranger Station
click on Dana 28 link, you need the Build to get correct oil seals
