Need some advice regarding rear end
 

So this past Friday my beloved ranger gave up.The pinion in the differential completely broke off and it tore up some of the gears inside the differential.So my question is what will be a direct fit rear end for my ranger?I was planning on just asking around in junk yards and would it matter if the donor ranger was a auto instead of a manual or a 2.3 engine instead of a 2.5 as long as it matches the gear ratio and size?Here are the specs on my truck axle code 87, 2000 2.5. 4 cly 5 speed 4.10 ratio and 7.5"...Any input would be helpful..thanks in advance
