Not shifting with new clutch

Just put in a new oem clutch in my 93 ford ranger 4.0l 5 speed. Now it wont shift into certain gears.we bled the clutch so i have no clue what the problem could be

there is no neutral safety switch. But the truck is turned off.

PLEASE HELP!
