M5OD-R1 Need Torque Spec

I have a M5OD-R1 in my 89 Ranger 2.9 liter and am just about to tear into it for a rebuild. I have seen several posts in the Explorer & Ranger site and this site that talk about rebuilds but the one thing I need, I don't see.

What is the torque spec on those two honking big nuts on the ends of the shafts? One is about a 30mm and the other is even bigger and you need about a 2 foot deep well socket to get on it.

At least one rebuild thread sez put a pipe wrench on the giant one and tighten 'er down. I am not too comfortable with that. Overtorque is just as bad as undertorque.

Who's got the numbers, please?
