Icon8 powertrax noslip removal?

ok, I have a bearing going out on the driver side rear of my truck (8.8 axle), so I am trying to pull the c-clip out of my no-slip locker to pull the axle, but it aint moving. I have aligned the slots in the locker and pushed the axle in and the clip looks loose but I cant get it to come out. anyone have any tips for doing this, its really pissin me off. Ive tried a pencil magnet and a coat hanger bent to hopefully snag the c clip from the back side, but no luck.

did you loosen the pinion shaft bolt and pull the pinion shaft pin? also push the the shaft towards the middle and pull the C-clip.

ford uses a o-ring where the C clip goes, makes it not want to fall off, if you can grab it with needle nose pliers, that would help.

Ford uses C-clips. I know.

The powertraxx is a pain in the a$$ to get out. You need to line up the C-clip so that it can slide out through the slot, then carefully rotate it around so that you can get 2 hangers in the small holes on the back side of it and push the C-clip out. Its a pain in the a$$. It took me almost 2 hours to get mine out when I did it.

Aren't there holes on the other side of the piece you're talking about? Have the C clip opening facing the rear of the truck along with the two holes on the No slip facing you, and stick a small wire or screw driver in there to push it out.
