Icon5 Have to bleed clutch every 10 days

1997 Mazda B2300 SE Manual 2WD 117k

My father couldn't get it in gear so he had a clutch kit put in at a mechanic. Since then I've had to bleed it every 10 days or so. (4 times now) When I do a gravity bleed its like a brand new truck, but after about a week of driving, especially highway driving for 30min I can barely get it in gear. Cools off, its fair.

I've taken out the clutch master cylinder assembly and did a bench bleed and then a gravity bleed. Great for 10 days or so then soft peddle again and same problem getting off the highway.

Should I just replace the clutch master cylinder assembly?

Thank you
