Crazy Shake in steering

ok so one of the problems with my truck has something with the steering, when i hit a rather large bump the steering wheel will do some crazy jerking from side to side pretty quick, it tends to do it when only one tire hits the bump more often than when both do, i checked the power steering fluid and thats all good as far as i know, i dont know to much about the whole steering thing, truck seems to turn fine any other time, maybe sometimes alittle to easy if that makes any sense.......

well i already know that the one wheel bearing on the passenger side is on its way but i didnt think that that would cause this because of the fact that i have driven with a bad wheel bearing in the past and this never happened.....
