Shake in the rear,, help

Icon4 Shake in the rear,, help

I have been have a shake in the seat area since i got the truck and its just getting rougher. The tires are new and balanced. Anyone else have this problem. only happens 55 and up.

please help.

Did you have an alignment? If not have that done, it will make a world of difference. Check your wheel bearings and outter tie rod ends. To do that you jack up the front of the truck and place on jack stands. Grab the tire at 12 and 6 O'clock and wiggle it. You should get no movement. Tie rods you do the same thing but at 3 and 9 O'Clock. Tighten all lug nuts before doing this.

Yes, its NOT a front end issue, i do know how to check the front end.. the PROBLEM is in the Rear! looking for issues in that area. like a a u joint, bad drive shaft balance.

Does your driveshaft have any dents in it? That can throw it off balance and cause it to vibrate. Check your pinion angle.

1st sign of a soon to be blown u-joint is rear end vibrations
