Squealing Rear End [Video]

Thanks for your help. I have a squeal in the rear of my truck, it occurs between 40-70 MPH mostly during acceleration and sometimes coming to a stop. Its really high pitched and annoying as hell. It doesn't get much louder with speed and as soon as I let off the pedal it stops. It will not make the squeal in neautral at any speed.

Its not the wheel bearings or universal joints, they have been replaced. Recently changed the pinon seal, maybe a month ago. I gave the flange yoke a wiggle and couldn't feel any play.
