Thrust angle alignment

Somebody know how to correct bad rear alignement?
The thrust angle is bad and the last time the correct the front end but now I dog track

I have extra leaf spring install by the old owner and i think he has a liltle accident(unmatch color)
The leaf spring pins look good

I do not think you can align the rear on our trucks. It's fixed.

I know its fixe but something ppl add a lilltle piece to the spring hanger
