SAS the thing and be done with it instead of wasting all that cash on the ifs with a f'd up crossmember like that.

Just got the truck back from the transmission shop. IDK what shift kit he installed but god damn the shifts are super firm. On hard acceleration there is a chirp from the rear tires. It wakes me up.

Once I get her back from the shop that's doing the other work I'll have pictures for you. Didnt even have her for an hour. And yes RL it would have but it was shot. The bands were black and down to bare steel. The clutches were crap and the valvebody was toast as the gasket was blown. The planetarys were shredded.

and that was already rebuild once? or did you put in a used replacement?

how much did they charge at the trans shop?

September 2010 Dealer rebuilt
i have a used replacement i never was "allowed" to use
so this one is the one ford originally replaced and of course im over the warranty mileage
