Tranny Trouble.

I recently had my transmission rebuilt due to losing reverse and 5th. And it's been making this noise when l shift, lt's a clunk noise when l bring it out of gear and slap it into another one. l have no clue and no knowledge of this any help would be greatly appreciated

If its a manual, did they also replace the syncros?
