Transfer Case WON'T hold fluid

Well a few weekends ago when I went on a little wheelin trip, when we got back to the cottage I noticed my driverside frame rail was coated in fluid right by the transfer case... after that I did not run 4x4.. when I got back I had the fluid replaced, then ran 4x4 to see what would happen, instantly the fluid was expelled...

Am I just looking at a blown seal here or what? If so how easy is it to replace such a seal.

I have a 1993 4x4 Auto transfer case

THANKS

Naa.. I'm pretty sure it's just the seal.. the case doesn't grind or anything like that
