I don't think anyone makes adapters to use anything else. Stak 4x4 is supposed to be making one but I have heard they have been saying they will make it for quite some time now.

I don't know if you have a manual or auto: STaK

I don't know about the Atlas cases, but the NP205 is a Jeep case with a 23 spline input shaft. The BW1354 is a 25 spline, so you need a new 25 spline input shaft for the NP205. Then figure out how to bolt it up. Then have custom driveshafts made, or lengthen/shorten yours because I'm sure the NP205 isn't the same size.

NP205 isnt a Jeep case. It came in Fords and Chevy's. Getting a different tcase to match up is harder then one would think. Rangers use an odd mounting pattern. 5 bolt instead of the more common 6 bolt. The 1354 and the atlas are your only options right now.

Apparently I don't know about much about NP cases either.

If you could find the 1354 manual out of a FX4 Level II I'm pretty sure it has a lower ratio than a normal 1354. I'll have to ask Justin (Toreador4x4) because he told me in the first place.

4.1 is a pretty standard all around low range. me personally with my doubler I have roughly 6.15 double low.

All 1354's have a 2.48:1 low range.

They are both the same. i started with an electric case, and currently now have a manual case.

Good luck getting everything you need for the manual swap if you go that route.

just go to a 1354m and then regear your axles.

you do have a 4.0L so you could grab the advanced adapters stuff to swap in a 700r4 and then youd have alot of choices on tcases
