vibration when driving engine?
Long time ranger veteran new to the forum. Lets get down to the point. I have a vibration i feel well everywhere in the gass pedal, steering wheel, shifter, when im driving and i kick it into neutral it coats really smooth kick it back in gear and the drive tran shakes like crazy. Its driving me nuts. And i know what your thinking this noob needs to check motor mounts transmission mounts and so on well i built this truck from the ground up over 10k in parts and before i did this it had the same problems i just figured im rebuilding the truck ill eventually find it and fix it never happened. I will give you a small repair history maybe you know the missing puzzle pice and i would be forever grateful if someone can point me in the right direction. Now i will tell you about the truck and what has been done. Its a 91 ford ranger xlt 3.0 5 speed with the Mazda transmission 2wd. 10" supper lift 31" tires literally every bushing has been replaced with energy suspension bushings front to back, anchor motor and transmission mounts, center force dual core clutch, new transmission, new coil towers and springs from a Bronco, rebuilt 10 bolt 7.5 3.73 axle, 3 port bosh injectors, completely new fuel system front to back, completely new break system from the booster to the pads with steel breaded lines, nxo2 rough country shocks,.. this can take all day everything but the internal engine and drive shaft has been replaced or upgraded and the drive shaft hasn't been touched because some idiot welded the u joints to the drive shaft and its been a pain to find a replacement driveshaft. But the u joints in the drive shaft are solid no play to cause vibration and if im coasting i feel nothing. Im starting to think the engine itself is the problem but it idles and revs just fine but soon as it goes in gear i get vibration. Any ideas.

So it is a manual transmission.
And I assume new pressure plate.
Look at the crank pulley/balancer, check it for cracks and watch it while someone revs engine.
Remove the belt and see if it feels loose.
Load on the engine can cause the vibration at the crank, which is why you don't feel it in neutral or just reving engine.
You can try having E-brake set and someone with there foot on the brake while they let the clutch out enough to load the engine while you watch for movement/vibration, but BE CAREFUL
